These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stixpay platform, including the payment gateway, wallet services, and online shop, operated by KALYXIO.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stixpay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

3. Services

Stixpay provides:

Payment Gateway: Accept card and alternative payments for merchants.
Wallet: Digital wallet for customers to store funds and make payments.
Shop: Sale of digital products (gift cards, activation codes).

4. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Stixpay for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees for gateway and merchant services are set out in the pricing documentation. For shop purchases, prices are displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

7. Refunds

Refund policy for shop purchases is described in our Refund Policy. For gateway transactions, refunds are processed according to your merchant agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on Stixpay are the property of KALYXIO or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KALYXIO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
