Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Stixpay shop and related services, operated by KALYXIO.

1. Digital Products (Gift Cards, Activation Keys)

Due to the nature of digital products:

No refunds are offered once the activation key or redeem code has been delivered or disclosed to you.
If the key has not yet been delivered and you contact us promptly, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
If the product is faulty or invalid (key does not work, incorrect product delivered), we will replace it or refund you. Contact us within 14 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EC, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once you have expressly agreed to begin performance and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing a digital product and receiving your key, you agree that performance has begun. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the key has been delivered.

3. Payment Gateway / Merchant Refunds

Refunds for transactions processed through the Stixpay gateway are handled by the merchant. Please contact the merchant from whom you made the purchase. Merchants can process refunds via their dashboard.

4. Wallet Top-ups

Funds added to your wallet via top-up are generally non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Exceptions may apply in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors—contact us to request a review.

5. How to Request a Refund

For shop purchases: contact us at the address below with your order reference, email used for purchase, and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
