How do I get started?

Sign up for an account, complete KYB verification, and get your API keys. Then follow our integration guides to start accepting payments. The whole process takes just a few minutes.

What payment methods do you support?

We support credit and debit cards through our AltaPay gateway integration.

How does reconciliation work?

Transactions are automatically reconciled multiple times daily. We match gateway transactions with our internal records and update balances in real-time. You can view reconciliation details in your dashboard.

What are hold periods and reserves?

Hold periods and reserves help protect merchants from chargebacks and disputes. Funds can be held for a configurable period or a percentage can be reserved. Both are automatically released when periods expire.
