Getting started as a customer
A clear path from first login to paying at merchants — without juggling separate accounts for every shop.
StixPay is a multi-merchant payment layer. Merchants use it to accept payments; you use it as your verified customer identity across those merchants and the providers behind them.
Step 2
Complete customer KYC once
Identity checks are required for regulated payments and on-ramp. With StixPay, you complete one customer KYC that applies across connected providers — instead of uploading the same documents for every brand or every rail.
Step 3
Pay at merchants on the network
Once approved, checkout and top-up flows can reuse your verified profile. You still choose how to pay (card, bank, on-ramp…) based on what each merchant enables — but you should not restart a full KYC for every new shop on StixPay.
